The Core Virtue of Courage.

Inspirational Quotes

― Maya Angelou

The Psychology Perspective

We cannot reach new shores without taking that first step off of the dock. But fear oftentimes lingers in areas where opportunity is abound.

When we are afraid, our emotions move to a state of survival. This is the core drive we as living beings have to survive… Without the dog, the tail simply fails to exist. So it is a natural life drive to keep the organism alive. But life is not all ease. Sometimes we face very difficult hurdles. This is where courage and fear exist as opposite sides of the same emotional coin.

When fear emerges, courage diverges. Fear is meant to keep us alive. But sometimes, it is in the act of overcoming that true life happens. Let courage diverge you towards your natural life course. Life affords us boundless opportunities, oftentimes disguised as fear. Have you tapped into your core virtues today? Have you tapped into your Inner Courage?

Believe… Achieve… Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams.
