The Psychology Perspective
Over the past few weeks, I have explored the concept of making space. In today’s quote, space and unity combine in the realization of new beginnings that Eckhart Tolle draws our attention to in this quote.
Change is hard. There is no escape from the breaking force that creates the door for change to occur. Change is nothing less than a tearing apart of the soul from old ways of being, many of which may have made sense in the life once created. But nothing is stagnant, including the identity we create as a means to deal with emergent environments we choose to subject ourselves too.
So what can we learn from this. Change is the essence that fuels the emergent psyche. However, this feeling is the initial break that creates space in the psyche that will allow for new constructs of Self to emerge.
