Hope… A Dream Fulfilled in the Heart

When our men lose their hope of a future and purpose, you’ll surely watch them die a slow death in front of you.

Nan Jones

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life.

Proverbs 13:12 (NLT)

The Depth Psychology Perspective

Hope… That winged angel that takes us on beautiful journeys to very unknown places. What a beautiful muse to have at our side.

But where does it go?

I have practiced mental health for 2 decades. In that time, I have seen an exponential increase in illness. But this is secondary only to the exponential increase in lenses we are encouraged to examine a person from.

The source of disease itself is Dis Ease. It is a general uneasiness of the soul. A lack of hope. When Friedrich Nietzsche declared God to be Dead, he soon went mad and died from life long physical ailments complicated by a loss of his mental faculties.

Some believe it was a curse… Others see it as a man that lost hope… Lost Faith… Faith in the Unknown… Faith in the Journey the Heart Takes us upon.

There is a clear interconnectedness held within the fragment of life. We are each miracles, in and of itself, intimately tied to the fabric of the Universal Tapestry.

I want to thank my readers. I wanted to give you a poem from the heart. I have used this in various forms to also shed light on some of the beautiful quotes that our fellow travelers have written, as a source to spread hope and inspiration through humanity.

It’s a new day. What new beginnings do you want to create?

Believe… Achieve… Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams!
