Hello everyone. I haven’t had too much to report on the past few days. Things are moving into ritual, which in essence, from a psychological viewpoint, is a good thing.
The gym workouts are hard and heavy. PAINFUL at times. But the motivation in the morning helps me to pull through. Hope you enjoy today’s motivational clip.
