Weight Watchers!!! What a Beautiful Community you have created. Thank You… Thank You… Thank You!!!

I did not get to write yesterday, because I was attending the Oprah 2020 Vision Tour. WOW!!! What a truly amazing woman, and I am so grateful I got to be one of 15,000 + people that got to attend. I am leaving a great clip, not from the one I attended yesterday, but from the one in Atlanta, GA where Dwayne The Rock Johnson attended. I did this primarily because he is a major source of inspiration to me, and I hope you can find some inspiration and motivation for your life.

Current Weight: 274.3 (loss of 0.7 lbs. Total Loss = 19 lbs)

Body Fat: 38.3 Up 1%. Possibly Water Gain?

Goal – 220 (26% along my journey… Keep Up the Great Work Dr. Tom)
