When Stress Happens… Let It Go! When Change Happens… Embrace It! When Life Happens… Rejoice!

At times my work determines the amount of time I can spend writing. In starting my year long journey to release weight, I began with intentions to write daily. However, when life happens, sometimes you got to make small adjustments to the cue in order to make room for all that needs to be done.

By trade, I am a psychotherapist and forensic expert. My job can be stressful at times, depending on what is happening. Especially when court reports are due, and I find a somewhat nagging feeling of guilt that hits me as I neglect on area of my passion… writing in this blog.

For this post, I wanted to show how real life examples sometimes get in the way of solidly grounded intentions. How can we deal… Let go, embrace, and rejoice.

I am still avidly on this weight loss journey. I have decided to make this journey public to hold myself accountable to something greater than just a weight related goal. By becoming accountable, I create the space and the check up mechanisms needed to create with real intent the goal that was once housed only in a dream.

I Thank Weight Watchers for your support and inspiration. I thank Oprah Winfrey for the great inspiration and motivation during her 2020 Vision Tour. I Thank you all for going along this journey with me… and if some posts come one, two, or even three days in unison, it is because I had to complete other work related responsibilities.

Outwork Everyone!!!

To Health, Wealth, Wellbeing, and Happiness.

I understand your journey to a healthier lifestyle. I am working hard to better control my sugars with exercise, healthy eating, and meds. Right now, I need to be more accountable on my daily carbs intake.
