I enjoyed today’s question.

Why is it so hard to do the little things that would improve my life. In this video, I offer a depth psychological perspective as it relates to the philosophy behind the hard wiring of the mind.

In essence, we are all hard wired to be anxious. This keeps us from undertaking those life changing events that can make a big difference for us to realize our dreams.
