Inspiration
Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants.

To Be, or not to be… That is the question. (William Shakespeare)
I read daily. The person I am today is built upon a firm foundation of the words I have exposed myself to in the past. But that personae was shaped over time, and not without some ironic, sometimes downright Grecian dramatic twists. Thus the nature of life unfolds, and we can either suck the sour juice from the lemon, add a little sugar and soda water and make lemonade, or use its seeds to create a lemon tree fortune. The choice is truly in the eye of be-holder.
They say knowledge is power. But I like Tony Robbins version better. Knowledge will open the door to power, but only by engaging the possibilities it opens through the gateway of lived action.
Sir Isaac Newton was a Giant. But he knew where to shift his focus. He looked to the past to seek answers that would ground him in the present. In doing so, he discovered a Great Secret… That with every force, an equally significant counterforce exerts itself upon the essence of the object being examined to unite them into one. The law of Attraction, or what we have come to know as Gravity. If we are that object, what force do we want send out to this very astute, all encompassing energy that has within its capacity the ability to make that which is becomes that very thing that was only once a figment thought upon?
And Ralph, that wonderful philosopher, poet, and transcendentalist that captured the attention of the ages. What a brilliant man of thinking. He also knew where to turn. By turning to the past, he found doorways where there were once only walls. It was in the beauty of the natural state of mind that he found opportunities, to meet with, to connect, learn from, and move towards that very source of inspiration we all yearn to bring to our lives. I Thank You my teachers… for the complexity of the problems you present us, and all the wisdom it has shared.
Thank a teacher today… It may just make their day, even their year.
With Prayers and blessings to all you my friends. Believe… Achieve… Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams. (Dr. Tom)
