Take Time… It’s Nature’s Best Remedy

Inspirational Quotes

Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.

The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough.

A Father’s Guide to Wisdom

I was really taken aback by today’s quotes. As I rushed through my week, feeling taxed, it seemed at all angles, being a position of self pity for what was ultimately the decisions that I had made, I began to focus on time, being of critical importance. As time seemed to slip further away from my grasp, I realized that it truly is a driving force behind what we are to become. I wonder, have you ever had a similar experience?

Have you ever seen the Grand Canyon? It truly is a breathtaking sight to behold. If you ever need proof of time’s capacity to carve out absolute beauty from nothingness, take in a day of this majestic sight and tell me of that experience. The same goes for any of this Earth’s magnificent wonders of nature. It really puts our life’s longevity in perspective when we look at these creations of God’s beauty.

But what can we do with the life we are afforded. What moments will we focus on as those ending moments come near? We are made of those individual moments, and it is up to us to make use of each moment we are afforded to carve out the beautiful work of art we call Self. But we have a lifetime to do it. What’s the rush?

In today’s quotes, we study the nature of time from a beautiful 19th century Indian Poet and a wise Chinese sage who founded Taoism. Both remind us to take account of the time we have and use it to benefit that for which God created its presence. Nothing of true beauty is ever created in a day. The everlasting presence of God’s grace is established over time, including that of our lives unfolded. With vision, a direction, and a will to persevere, what can you accomplish with your time?

Namaste. With prayers and blessings, friends, may you find yourself with joy and contentment on your journey to believe, achieve, and advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.
