The Harmony of the Universe

Inspirational Quote

That is where my dearest and brightest dreams have ranged — to hear for the duration of a heartbeat the universe and the totality of life in its mysterious, innate harmony.

A Harmonious Psychology Within

Inner peace… Wow, wouldn’t that be an excellent state to achieve? But an inner mystery exists, one that unites our being’s eternal essence to power much more significant than ourselves. But how can we tap into the inner wellspring of their being to nurture feelings of inner peace? How can we match our heartbeat to the innate heartbeat of the universe? Let us explore.

Gratitude for What is Here, Right Now

The beginning of finding out the nature of our true self exists in quieting the chatter in our mind. We must let go of the hurt, pain, or even joy yesterday brought. Likewise, we must put tomorrow’s vision aside, so we can focus on the here, right now.

By quieting the chatter in our mind through prayer, meditation, or other reflective exercises, we create space within the psyche. This space is the needed ingredient for the universe to match its mysterious, innate harmonies to the beat of our heart’s drumming content.

What’s the dream that beats life into your chest? Where does your heart take you? Bring it to the forefront of your being, right here, now, as you make space for it to manifest its presence in your life. Do not focus on what’s not present. Focusing on scarcity creates a shift away from our present moment. By focusing on yesterday’s mishaps, we undertake the same road traveled today, which ultimately affects tomorrow’s destination.

Where do you want your road of life to lead you?

Namaste, my friends. May blessings find you along your journey to believe, achieve, and advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.
