Happy Monday, my friends. A new week is beginning its journey to help us realize the brevity of our dreams. Yes, the weekend may now be in the past, and a new week awaits, but what can we do with the affirmation of new beginnings granted us each Monday we awaken?

I have always liked the change of seasons. As the mornings grow crisper, we welcome more time to reflect on what the year has brought us with the beginning of Fall. But for years, like I am sure many of you can attest, I was unappreciative of the new possibilities that Monday offers. You know the routine, the alarm goes off, hit snooze three times, on the fourth occasion, stand up, assume the mope position, lamenting, “God, its Monday already.” Sound familiar. I think we have all had these feelings arise as the Manic nature of Monday begins.

Today, I decided to mix things up a bit. I am working on meditations. Guided affirmations to wish you blessings along your journey for realizing your ultimate potential. You see, by shifting the energy to what’s possible, you set up your week for success from the beginning. What journey of a 1,000 miles awaits you this week? Set the stage with gratitude, and watch the rest of the week unfold towards its aim. Thank you for all who have come here to join me on the Marvelous Monday.
