Wellness… Words of Destiny and Hope
Understanding where we are allows us to chart a course toward the dream we wish to attain. Just take one moment to breathe, look in, and reflect upon what is there so you, too, can start this process to understand your current footing, that basis from which you can bravely take a first step forward to that unknown you wish to see.
When I started my career, the beautiful nuances of the unknown pulled at my soul to examine those secret practices only conducted in the unknown ceremonies of the unconscious. You see, in many places, a doctor is not a person of science but instead one of spiritual groundedness, a woman or man willing to battle in unknown territories to help others gain health through a mutual journey of wisdom attained. Only in recent history did the tenets of medicine become indoctrinated in the realm of the symptom, meaning the focus shifted from helping others prevent and gain strength from internal and external, personal and shared experience, to one based upon a disease treatment model. However, I’d like to know if there can be a marriage where both models can have their place; if it is feasible from this perspective, we may regain footing toward a more holistic meaning of health.
Health is that entity that calls upon us to realize our aim. Our body is a vehicle to guide the soul to its potential, but where does that lay? Part of it is unconscious. The other part pulls at our conscious awareness to move towards areas of the adventure, the unknown depths that lay in the unconscious, so that we can bring it to the forefront of understanding and realize the benefits attained within the journey. It is this pulling that allows us to realize our potential. But then again, it is also independent of us because that calling is only semi-conscious. It frequently calls upon us as if given by an outside agent. The idea given, ultimately, is something we grow in unison with as we strive to realize the content of what was shown us in the dream undertaken.
Our wellness exists in unison with the destiny we choose to manifest. It is not a passive but an active affair. Wellness exists in body, mind, and spiritual forms. It is up to us to balance these factors into a unit conducive to well-being. The destiny of Self-realization is dependent upon it. That state of well-being is paramount to our inert capacity to realize that potential we have yet to discover.
What inner wellness habits call upon you? What areas of well-being most need your attention?
May blessings find you on your wellness journey, my friends. Remember to envision, chart a course, believe, and advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.
