We may feel we can drink or use ourselves back to normal, but this only brings us to a darker place.
I needed to find myself outside the dark woods, but did not know where to turn.

I needed help. But didn’t know if anyone would listen.
Our therapist helped us resolve deep seated issues within our relationship, helping us to define our direction.
We were even able to get help for our children, to help them find grounding in their daily experience.
