There is something to be said about the rule of KISS. Keep It Simple and Stupid. No, I am not putting any decision down, but the more we complicate things, the more room they take up in the heart. This room, if left unchecked, can take us to dangerous places within.
I think that is the true wisdom behind this wise old bear’s saying. Don’t let the small things take up room in the heart. For where the heart points, the soul will follow. But sometimes, like everything, the heart gets lost in the woods. It is there that one can simply enjoy the silence, engage the nothing so that it can lead you to the very best something.
