Hi there. I am Dr. Thomas Maples. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, and have been working with people for over two decades. My goal is to help people initiate, chart a course, and advance in the direction of their dreams.

My passion for blogging began ten years ago when I opened my private practice. I have always intended to serve others with integrity, compassion, and direction in my mental health practice.
