Unlock the Gateway… Personal Excellence Awaits

Inspiration

If you’re going through hell, keep going.

Winston Churchill

The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential… these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.

Confucius

The Philosopher’s Corner

The easy way out. Is that the true nature of hell? It is human nature to long for paradise. We look to the heavens and dream life forward in a manner that yearns for that one inkling of perfection we have lost so long ago. I myself have oftentimes turned to God to answer my prayers, and provide me the most easeful, stress-free path towards whatever transition I was currently undertaking. But this is not the nature of the universe, or the reality behind the growth we undertake.

Today’s quotes were fun to place together. They remind us that the path underlying any will to succeed, any inkling to achieve personal excellence is set in the beginning by one’s will to go through the gates of hell and break through the other side.

Doubts will be present. Lack of movement, anxiety, and analysis paralysis abound. But this need not be the case for all time. These emotional drives created by fear are meant to keep you astute, keen to observe that which surrounds you, and foster the courage within to face those fears that may be holding you back. Just as we cannot achieve excellence without confronting the daemons of fear and mediocrity that would hold us back, we cannot move towards happy contentment nor love without first facing the fears of self doubt that may surround us.

With many prayers and blessings my friends. Believe… Achieve… Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams.
