A Change of Seasons… The Nature of Inner Development

Inspiration

We cannot change anything unless we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate; it oppresses.

Carl Gustav Jung

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.

Carl Gustav Jung

A Father’s Guide to Wisdom

Psychological growth never comes from comfort. Inner gold is only cultivated by a process of going within, seeing the good and bad that is there, learning the lessons present, and working to awaken the soul to new beginnings.

In today’s wisdom, I examine two wonderful quotations from Carl Gustav Jung. He knew the true value present in doing inner work. In order to change, we must accept. But condemning does nothing for the soul. It only displaces the energy in a negative frequency. If we focus on what lies on the outside, no growth occurs. It would be like a doctor treating your family for problems you may or may not have with them. They will not change… only you can do that. The change must come from within. It is individual, not collective by nature. If one undertakes the work needed to liberate the soul, the gold is found, but only in the ash heap of what was burned from your seasons past.

Spring cannot exist without the cold deadness of winter. It is up to us to let things pass in order to find the liberation that rejuvenation creates.

I pose you a question of thought for the day. On you last day, what will you remember and be remembered for?

With prayers and blessings. Believe… Achieve… Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams.
