Philosophical Food for Thought

To go within. That is the key to independence. So often, we look for meaning on the outside. We yearn to find happiness in the next activity, the next thing of material success, but not to often do we dare to examine the inner sanctum, that place of endless possibility, and as such what could be a true source of fear. This need not be the case.

Greek mythology reminds us of the journey to the underworld in the decent called katabasis. It is here that the hero finds the key to their personal growth, a gift that can subsequently be given to others upon the re-ascent back to consciousness the journey of growth creates.

When is the last time you took just a moment for yourself? Go within and grow.
