To realize that you are not your thoughts is when you begin to awaken spiritually.

Awakening to Consciousness

Hello. I am Dr. Maples. Welcome to our guided meditation and affirmation that encourages an awakening to consciousness. I am grateful that you joined me here today. I hope this meditation helps you attune to your inner nature, find serenity and peace, and engage in an inner awakening of consciousness for your peaceful state of being. Let us begin.

Sit in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.

Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax.

Focus on your breath and let go of all other thoughts.

Imagine yourself surrounded by light.

Allow that light to fill you from the bottom of your feet to the crown of your head.

This is your time, attune to nature, and let it feel loved.

Now imagine the inner voice that has always accompanied you in this life.

Can you feel it? Is it there?

If it is critical, let it rest in words of encouragement. Let it guide you to what you need to find inner peace and become attuned to your nature.

Feel the vibrations within. Feel them lift the heaviness from you?

Allow the light of attunement to fill you up with compassion and understanding.

Let go of all the negative thoughts within.

A wise man once said, “To realize that you are not your thoughts is when you begin to awaken spiritually.” That tidbit of information was from Eckhart Tolle, an extraordinary author encouraging us to find our inner spiritual potential.

Take a moment to ponder on that and see where your awakened state may manifest.

Take a few deep breaths and when you’re ready, open your eyes.

Thank you for joining me today. May blessings find you on your journey to honor and be guided by your inner light so that you may advance confidently in the direction of your dreams.
