Gratitude is much more than giving thanks. It is living by the words we speak. This is especially true when it relates to working with the next generation.

So many times, I see a culture of “Do as I say, Not as I Do!” Really, what is this truly about? In order to teach the next generation, we must live by the words we speak.

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”

John F. Kennedy

Everyday, I awaken at 4 AM to pray for the things I am most grateful for. I show those within my prayers the gratitude I have for them through actions of love and remembrance. This gratitude is reciprocated in countless and unconditional ways that escape causal explanation.

Was President Kennedy correct? Maybe he was onto something that the nation must do in order to heal its divides. Let’s practice living by our words, not just uttering them to be Politically Correct (PC). Lets live in a state of gratitude, and teach the next generation to do so. Maybe then, those children we teach can help heal the divides so present in our current generation’s incapacity to show a simple state of grace.

The Law of Attraction is alive in all of us. It manifest through the simple act of being grateful. Dream, Believe, and Achieve your ultimate potential. What are You Grateful For Today? Show those whom you love and Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams.
