“Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one”Bruce Lee
The Psychology Perspective
Today’s quote is from a personal hero of mine, Bruce Lee. His strength and discipline was unmatched in his day; both remain a true litmus of the hidden powers the mind possesses when it uses prayer as a means to discipline the body and mind to endure the hardships life creates.
Body, Mind, & Spirit.
Approximately 5 years ago, I was gifted a wonderful book called The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. You can check out her awesome website at: https://www.thesecret.tv.
This book changed my life, in that it showed me the power perception has on the outcome of the life we create. Its follow up book, The Magic showed me the power of gratitude, and its effect on creating wonder in any day we are afforded. From the books, I changed the way I perceived life, and found the strength within to pray as a means to discipline my mind and body to endure the hardships life can afford me. What’s your story of prayer?
