He who experiences the unity of life sees his own Self in all beings, and all beings in his own Self, and looks on everything with an impartial eye.

The Psychology Perspective
To unite Atman with Brahman; self with Self. That is the question. How do we get to this level of Self awareness, where the person we present to the outside world truly operates in unison with the wavelengths that drive your journey forward.
This is a major ontological question for the study of philosophy, psychology, religion, and nearly every major discipline that attempts to make sense of our lived experience.
I do not propose to answer that question here. Because to do so would be sacrilege. There is no answer. But there are as many answers as there are people alive. It is individual… Highly individual, and dependent upon the dreams one aspires towards.
Most often, mental health occurs in a vacuum state. When we face abundance, there is not enough room to grow. Therefore we must empty the eternal glass some, to allow room for that which will become to make its way into the essence of our soul. If we face scarcity, we must learn ways to accept things into our life that foster our individual hope to be something greater than we are in the present moment. This is the theory of making space to bring in higher forms of consciousness, that essence that unites Atman with Brahman, self with Self.
