Day 44 & 45: My Personal Journey to Release Weight
Hello everyone. I haven’t had too much to report on the past few days. Things are moving into ritual, which in essence, from a psychological viewpoint, is a good thing.
The gym workouts are hard and heavy. PAINFUL at times. But the motivation in the morning helps me to pull through. Hope you enjoy today’s motivational clip.
Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.
We are all in this together. Let’s create a great community here where ideas can flow, and all can find their inner source of inspiration. I have to say, all of you have been a source of inspiration to me, and I hope in turn, by reading this, someone can find a source of inspiration to chase their dreams.
As Denzel said, put God first. This opens the path to create that very dream we begin to chase, that fosters the very person we yearn to become. Dream Big, Achieve Big. Dream Small, Achieve Small. Even in weight, make a big number and loose it. Thank you for reading.
