We have all face hard times. It is during those times that we ultimately reach out to others to give us a glimpse of hope. Sometimes the flame of spirit can wane. But in life, there is always someone, something, or somewhere we can turn to rekindle that burning flame within.

We must work on abundance. Because ultimately the most selfish thing we can do is to become selfless. It is from this inner kindling of Self, that ultimately we build the reserves needed to give loving kindness to others, which can not only increase our own happiness habits, but also rekindle that dwindling light in others.
