To be present, here… now. What does it mean?
Now is all that we have. As an doctoral student, I wrote a poem regarding the phenomenon of time. I hope you enjoy.
Time ticks to sorrows grief. An acorn fell to earth, but lost its way falling towards an endless sea. Yet, the rabbit runs blissfully towards the setting sun.

One of my favorite Fairy Tales, but a little dark and twisted if you remember. What are we late for? What is this concept of time. This is too large of a topic to take on just in one post, so I will examine just one element of it here.
In essence, time is an element of control. It is an element of EGO, that capacity we all have to Edge God Out of our lives, under the false assumption that we somehow have control over our personal fate. I know, what I say here goes completely against traditional psychology. You are in control of your behaviors right. At a foundational level, you are. But at a bio-molecular level, you are no more in control over your life than you have capacity to will another day forward.
The essence of this force exists in a symbiotic state between our personal and the collective life force. An enantiodromia that we all have privilege to take part within. Whether we call this force God, Buddha, Mohammed, or find its essence in a flowing river before us, remember, we never step in the same waters twice. At a quantum level of understanding, it is absolutely impossible, even though behaviorally we often will touch the same fire more than once.
What is this process of touching the flames? It is nothing less than the honey the soul needs to round its Self out and seek union with its spiritual counterpart.

Siddhartha: The Psychology of Realizing our Inner Potential
I wrote Siddhartha: The Psychology of Realizing our Inner Potential as a psychoanalysis of the Buddha’s plight to realize his inner potential. It is based upon the novel Siddhartha, written by the Nobel Laureate author Hermann Hesse. In it, I will take you through a storyline about through the 4 seasons of life.
Like Siddhartha, you too will explore the wonder of traveling through the spring of childhood plight, and celebrate the arrival of summer passion common to romantic love’s delight. You will wax and wane through the Fall of middle-age, sit back and reflect upon the the sun’s night-sea’s journey in Winter’s wise-age. I truly hope you enjoy.
A Change of Seasons
Many of you who have followed this blog have seen major changes. You may see that I have written a book and am now promoting it. You will also see aromatherapy creations soon to come on my website.
Rest assure, this is part of my inner work. My inner development to marry the multiple aspects of my life that oftentimes compete for my time. Or as Pierre Teilhard de Chardin once said:
