What’s Your Grateful Intent… Today, I Choose Loving Kindness…

Inspiration

Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.

Zig Ziglar

Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

A Father’s Guide to Wisdom

Ever notice how many of the great quotes sound eerily similar? Ever notice how all the great minds seem to touch upon a limited set of human emotions, even though their experiences may be worlds apart? Why is that?

To be loving is to envelop all human emotions. There is only a limited set of currents that can be set in motion physically within the human body. We name them for different levels of amplification, combinations, or the degree to which they move us towards our ultimate aim.

E-Motions or Energy in Motion is the degree to which energy ebbs and flows within the body, moving us to grow at an experiential level. However, this growth does not occur solely within. Its very presence fosters the foundation of all environmental changes possible through the evolutionary cycle.

In today’s citations, we explore the great salesman and motivational speaker Zig Ziglar. He is truly a man that differs from the civil rights leader, speaker, and all-around great citizen Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. However, their messages touch upon a core theme. Be grateful. To do so is to love, and to love is the root way we transform any enemies into friends, anger into loving intent, and scarcity into abundance.

This is not a lazy person’s game. To love… to truly Love is nothing short of miraculous work. It is hard work of the highest order. It can never be taken; only given. When it is offered, it must be worked upon, for there is an entire lifetime that exists after our “happily ever after” occurs. This work constitutes nothing less miraculous than the inner growth we undertake, as we strive to better ourselves, and ultimately humanity in the process.

Got Gratitude? How have you expressed it today? If you have not, then please, by any means do so to someone you love. What was their expression? One of loving intent, surprise, or general indignation?

My friends, I offer you my prayers and blessings. I wish you a happy journey today in your endeavors to Believe… Achieve… and Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams.
