Inspiration
The power of imagination makes us infinite.
John Muir
Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!
Audrey Hepburn
The Psychology Perspective
I absolutely loved this play on the word impossible. So many times, I hear the words muttered that is impossible. Maybe it is the field that I am in… but I have never ran into a problem that could not be solved with perseverance and hard work.
One of the biggest factors in moving forward towards any dream, is to commit to the journey ahead. As the Buddha alluded to, he destination is not the reward. Yes, it in and of itself can be rewarding, but the journey is what gives it the emphasis on our life through the lessons learned.
I have had family that lived in Hawaii. For many, it is paradise… A dream. For those on the islands, they are well aware of the concept of Island Fever. It is much the same as Cabin Fever.

If you run into the idea that something is impossible, change direction. Put your imagination to work, actively dream about the destination, and begin to plan steps necessary to make the dream come true. As John Muir said, the imagination makes us infinite. The infinity exists in a finite manner by the limitation we place on our dreams. As Ms. Hepburn said, nothing is impossible. So if Your Dream is Possible, what would you choose to chase if you knew you could not fail.
