Let Go and Let God. This has been the blessing I have been working on for the week. What an incredible journey it has been so far.
Life has many twists and turns, valleys and peaks. Some days there is an abundance of energy, others there is tiredness. It is during those times that it is imperative to have a plan, to have a vision to fall back on.
The highly successful psychologist Phil McGraw states:
Successful weight loss takes programming, not willpower.
This programming takes us to a vision. A vision of that person we want to see. However, the vision is not enough. We must then turn that vision into the person we want through a systematic effort to make it happen. It is this expenditure of energy that ultimately causes the ebb and flow, valleys and peaks that we go through in a daily basis to create greatness.
