Has anyone ever done you wrong? Have you held on to that anger throughout the day, letting it eat at you?
The Buddha once said that holding on to anger is like grasping a hot stone with the intent of throwing at the person that caused the anger. The only person to get burnt is yourself. Why do we take part in such masochistic practices? What is the meaning behind our incapacity to let go of negative intentions?
In this video, I explore how the act of forgiveness is a foundation for optimal psychological and spiritual health. By learning to truly let go, we engage open doors for new beginnings to emerge. This is especially true for anyone who has undergone emotional despair and hopelessness because of the effects transgressions have had on the development of the soul, whether personal in nature or those caused by others.
