The Psychology Perspective

The journey to lose weight is a nothing less than a lifestyle change. Overthinking? The Journey to Make Space Within!

Overthinking? The Journey to Make Space Within!

I ran into a great blog today, by Garima at Be Inspired. Yesterday’s article entitled Stop Overthinking Everything tells us of the danger of two types of thinking, both of which will derail you from your ultimate goal. Weigh In Day

Weight 285.5 lbs (Down 1.5 lbs)

Body fat: 40.5 (Down .2%

Goal: 220

To Go (65.5 lbs) 9.2% There!!!

This weeks greatest accomplishment – When you loose weight, oftentimes you can simultaneously loose your strength. I made it a commitment not too. I am continuing to power lift, and was absolutely pleased when I increased my benching capacity by almost 6.4%. Mind over matter, and the need to not overthink.

Thanks be to Weight Watchers for providing the road map to my continued success.

To Health, Wealth, Happiness, and Wellbeing Friends. I Hope You:

Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams!
