The journey to lose weight is a nothing less than a lifestyle change. We need a community of support, a new playground of friends that are motivating, and the will to push through, even when things aren’t necessarily going right. Overthinking? The Journey to Make Space Within!

I ran into a great blog today, by Garima at Be Inspired. Yesterday’s article entitled Stop Overthinking Everything tells us of the danger of two types of thinking, both of which will derail you from your ultimate goal. In the article, I expand upon the psychology of both types of maladaptive thought patterns. Dwelling and Racing. Hyper and Hypo focus.

Weigh In Day

Weight 285.5 lbs (Down 1.5 lbs)

Body fat: 40.5 (Down .2%

Goal: 220

To Go (65.5 lbs) 9.2% There!!!

This weeks greatest accomplishment – When you loose weight, oftentimes you can simultaneously loose your strength. I made it a commitment not too. I am continuing to power lift, and was absolutely pleased when I increased my benching capacity by almost 6.4%. Mind over matter, and the need to not overthink.
