This will be interesting. I have 42 points per day on Weight Watchers. I am somewhat scared, because of the amount of weight-lifting I do in the AM. Not sure how to handle the idea of going 24 hours without, especially when I do so much to burn the caloric intake during the earl AM.
Anyone have any suggestions? This will be an interesting paradigm to study, as I begin to partake in this 40 days of Lent.

Who do you want to become? What motivates you? Questions like these force you to go within. However, the answers found often only lead one to see the absence present. Life from this perspective may seem bleak. It is perceived from a perspective of absence. However, in shifting the focus, you can then begin to see that the reality you created in your dreams is not so far away. Instead, as Wayne Dyer says in the below video, it exists in this moment, even though it is currently only that material of a dream. Its reality is present with just one step… Taking that all important first step to Advance Confidently in the Direction of That Dream to make it a reality.
Weight Loss Journeys have a spiritual basis. They sharpen the soul, the psyche, through the act of disciplined focus. From this perspective combined with hard work, the psyche grows confident, strong, and the division between dream and reality mends into a new vision that is you in this moment. The greater thing, this you has always been present, even at the moment you initiated this journey forward.
