Daily Inspiration

Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.

Confucius

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.

Life’s Little Secret?

The Philosopher’s Corner

Greetings fellow journeyers. I opened my reader today and found two tidbits of wisdom I wanted to share. One comes from the Kindness Blog. I ran into her blog I believe yesterday, and well the name just says it all. I loved this post from today.

Kindness: True Dreams ~

The second blog I ran into just struck me because I just loved the word combination. Grit to Greater!!! Thank You Garima for sharing this notion of true grit.

Garima Be Inspired: Grit To Greater — onpathtogrowth

As a community, we strive to inspire each other. Thank you for your inspiration for me this morning.

Today’s quotes come from the philosophers Confucius and Albert Camus. They both remind us of the simple importance to live. Yes, we formulate dreams, but do we put them into reality. Yes, we yearn for happiness, but do we miss the boat when we seek it from without. As a psychotherapist, I see a deep yearning to discover the meaning of life. In philosophy, we call this ontological angst. But the meaning is here… in this moment. Live… Love… Be Grateful… and quit making it so complicated.

Show true grit… dream… believe… and take a step forward to make that dream become reality.

Thank you for accompanying me along this journey today.

Believe, Achieve, and Advance Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams.
