Today’s source of weight loss inspiration comes form a very powerful, and motivating man. I don’t know how I came across him, it must be because my values began to match the purpose I put before me.
Eric Thomas is a highly motivational man. The Hip Hop Preacher. His story is a story of hope, that even from the deepest falls we can rise to the highest of places. This occurs only through the lens of the souls capacity to take flight to new heights never before dreamed of before.
When I decided to “walk the walk,” I don’t know who said it, but it literally began to change my life.
Transformation
What a wonderful journey. But it is not without pain and hardship. Dreams form the foundation of where we are going. But more importantly, hard work creates those dreams into reality. By rising and grinding, in whatever goal you choose, major consequences will occur. Which direction do you want them, for the good or bad. You can rise and grind in whatever habit you want… Good or Bad. What direction do you want?
Weight Loss Journey
In a weight loss journey it is about the ideal of Rise and Grind. Exercise it out. Rise and Grind. Log that Food. Rise and Grind. Cook that Meal. Rise and Grind. Plan, Plan, Plan. Rise and Grind.
You are who you are because of who you were. That does not have to dictate who you become today. Thank you for Weight Watchers for keeping on track with this journey. It is a mix… But with the grind of motivation, inspiration, and yes, a little “blood, sweat, and tears” I know the rise will occur.

After one month the question is, how do you feel? 🙂
Excellent and energized. Listened to an interesting concept yesterday. Don’t set goals, set standards. Going to write about this one.
I will read that for sure 😉
